David A. Neiman
Founder | Trial Attorney
David Neiman is the founder of Neiman Injury Law Firm and a nationally recognized trial lawyer who focuses on complex litigation involving defective products, catastrophic injuries, and large-scale harm.
His practice is built around cases that require more than routine handling, matters involving serious injury, technical evidence, and well-resourced defendants. These cases are prepared with the expectation that they may need to be proven in court.
Trial Experience and Results
David has litigated and tried complex cases across the country, securing significant recoveries for individuals and families. His work includes multiple eight-figure verdicts and settlements, including:
- A $25 million wrongful death verdict involving the failure to diagnose and treat an ovarian mass
- A $45 million verdict for the family of a woman killed in a preventable motor vehicle collision
In total, he has obtained settlements and verdicts exceeding $150 million for his clients.
These results reflect a consistent approach: preparing cases thoroughly, developing the necessary evidence, and presenting them effectively when it matters most.
Focus on Complex Litigation
While David has experience across a range of personal injury matters, his practice is concentrated in:
- Product liability
- Mass torts
- Class actions
- Catastrophic injury cases
He is known for handling cases that involve widespread harm, scientific or technical complexity, and the need for coordinated litigation strategy.

He has also represented victims and families affected by mass violence, including those impacted by the 2022 Fourth of July parade shooting in Highland Park, Illinois.
Approach to Client Representation
David approaches each case with a focus on preparation, strategy, and accountability.
“These cases are built on evidence. The focus is identifying what went wrong, connecting it to the injury, and preparing the case to stand up in court.”
That approach extends from the earliest stages of investigation through trial. Cases are developed with expert analysis, careful documentation, and a clear understanding of how they will be presented.
